Refund policy

30-day returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How to start a return: Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll send instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return won't be accepted.

Return shipping: Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges: Return the original item and place a new order.

Note on the wash: Every acid wash tee is washed individually, so slight differences in fade, texture, and color are part of the vintage look and aren't considered defects.
